History
The key engineering company ISMM was founded in 1997. In 2015, the first acquisition was made and the group was effectively formed. The first member of the ISMM Group was Hotel Gong in Štramberk.

Founding the essential company ISMM that starts as a consulting company in export marketing. Later, it deals with engineering cooperation with a focus on the German and Austrian markets.

ISMM buys its first production plant in Jistebník. It starts up its production with five welders, which is later recognized as a turning point in the company’s and a whole group’s history.

Purchase of the second ISMM production plant in Bravantice and moving of the management to new office center in Ostrava – Mariánské Hory. In the same year is opened tennis and minigolf site in Štramberk – Libotín, funded and operated by ISMM.

ISMM obtains the third and the largest production plant in Štítina near Opava. The area of 20 thousand m2 is an excellent potential for the further development of the company.

Building of the modern powder coating facility in the production plant Štítina. It is the highest investment in the history of ISMM, exceeding 2 million euros. Actually, this year is ISMM Group created because the first acquisition occurred. ISMM buys Hotel Gong in Štramberk.
'16
ISMM Group’s portfolio is expanding by one company. Miloslav Cváček becomes the majority owner of a smaller engineering company in Pustějov. The firm’s new name is ISMM & EGAS, and the main focus is on the production of railway car’s components.

Purchase of the largest ISMM production site in Jistebník with an area of 40 thousand m2. One part of this site is another company that is thus incorporated into ISMM Group. Its new name is ISMM & TESO, and the main specialization is the manufacturing of products from material terazzo (artificial stone).

Opening of the fourth ISMM production plant in the new site in Jistebník. The investment into reconstruction and new machines equipment reached 1 million euros.

Acquisition of the fifth and to date largest ISMM production plant in Město Albrechtice, acquisition of the ISMM & Jan Bacho company in Dívčí Hrad and operation of the ISMM Tennis Park in Ostrava.

Opening of a new powder coating paint shop at the ISMM production plant in Město Albrechtice. The total investment achieved almost EUR 1.5 million.
