ISMM Group is a Czech group of seven companies united by their owner, Miloslav Cváček. The group’s scope is broad — ranging from core engineering and construction to hospitality and sports. All companies operate in the Moravian-Silesian Region, with the group’s headquarters located in Ostrava.

How I built ISMM Group from the scratch
In 1997, when I founded with my two partners the consulting company focused on export marketing, I would have never imagined that I would end up with the companies’ group with more than 500 employees. Although the brand ISMM (= International Sales & Marketing Management) refers to my marketing beginnings, the current ISMM Group significantly turned away from this direction.
However, what remains the same are the principles I promote in the flagship company ISMM as well as in all other companies. Primary is for me to build relationships with the customer and emphasize good management. Those principles are transferable to any business field. The crucial facets of a good relationship and management are open communication and the ability to solve problems; thus, in ISMM Group, we always act straight. We do not promise what we cannot deliver, we are able to admit our mistake, and we pretend nothing.
