The new KOHLER parts leveler expands our production capabilities
At our production facility in Město Albrechtice, we have successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the new KOHLER Peak Performer 60P.1600 servo-electric parts leveler.
The installation of the new technology was preceded by construction work in the CNC production hall, including the construction of a special high-strength concrete foundation that ensures stable positioning of the machine and precise operation.
We are gradually integrating the new technology into our production, and the leveling process is currently being verified for various types of cut parts and materials. The aim is to optimize the individual parameters and fully utilize the machine’s capabilities in terms of precision, quality, and processing efficiency. The leveler settings depend on the specific material, its dimensions, and its mechanical properties.

The leveling process minimizes deformation and internal stresses in the material, resulting in improved flatness of cut parts and better processing quality in subsequent production operations.
The new leveler therefore represents another important step in the modernization of our technological equipment and the expansion of production capabilities at our Město Albrechtice facility.
