The new robotic welding workstation is now in operation.
At our production facility in Město Albrechtice, we have successfully completed the installation of a new robotic welding workstation supplied by Valk Welding.
The workstation is equipped with a single-axis and a two-axis positioner, each with a load capacity of up to 2,000 kg, enabling us to efficiently handle even large and heavy welded assemblies. Thanks to DTPS software, we can also simulate weld accessibility and welding options in advance within a virtual environment.
Positioner working dimensions:
- 1 axis: 5,100 × 1,800 × 1,800 mm
- 2 axes: 2,700 × 2,400 × 1,500 mm
The new technology will help us increase productivity, improve welding process stability and production quality, while also making it easier to handle heavy welded assemblies.
