ISMM & Jan Bacho modernizes its machinery
During the summer, three production machines were installed, tested and then put into routine operation at our company ISMM & Jan Bacho in Dívčí Hrad. The main reason for their acquisition is the partial transfer of production from the suppliers to the ISMM Group, which increased the number of components that we are able to produce in the group on our own, i.e. without cooperation. The total investment amounted to about 7 million CZK.
ISMM opened a new powder coating paint shop
On 15th June 2023 ISMM Production & Business Cooperation s.r.o. started the operation of a new powder coating paint shop at the ISMM plant in Město Albrechtice. The dimensions of the parts that we can process (powder-paint) are w2 x h3 x d7 m and up to weight of 2 tons.

The latest issue of Priority Business & Government magazine in 2022 featured a big interview with the CEO and owner of ISMM Group, Mr. Miloslav Cváček. The discussed topics were management priorities or possible savings and innovations not only in the energy sector.
The Open Day this time in Město Albrechtice and Dívčí Hrad
Historically, the third Open day in the ISMM Group took place on Saturday 11th of June 2022 directly in two areas – the main event occurred in the ISMM production plant in Město Albrechtice, but the program also includes a tour of the factory ISMM & Jan Bacho in Dívčí Hrad.
We ceremonially opened the plant in Město Albrechtice
The Grand opening ceremony occurred on the 9th of July 2022, and approximately one hundred guests were presented. Among them were, for instance, our foreign customers, important suppliers, bank and media representatives, and our employees and the management of the whole ISMM Group.
ISMM Group donated 10 000 EUR to Ukraine
Unfortunately, the 24th of February 2022 became forever known as the day of the invasion of the Russian army in independent and democratic Ukraine.
